I want to return the item. How is the process?

  • Contact our Customer Service to confirm your replacement
  • Items that you want to return to us.
  • Products must be paid within a 7-day warranty period. Approve payment from the time you receive your order, until the item is valued for us.
  • Your money will be returned within 2 business days, discussed since your item is received back. (accepting receipt of Shipping Services which is our reference in deciding on items received)

Terms & Conditions for Returns or Exchange of Goods

Condition:

  • The item you want to send must be in the same condition as when delivered, including the packaging.
  • The product must not be damaged, dirty or repaired.
  • The price tag and bar code of the item are still intact.
  • Return with the given packaging and bag (if given).
  • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Exceptions:

  • Returns for goods are not worn for inner and outerwear.
  • if you use a voucher at the time of purchase, the value of the voucher cannot be purchased.
  • All items that you buy with a promo value of 50% and above cannot be returned.


After the item is valued, how long does ARIONA WebStore take to process my money?

  • Method of Transfer to a Bank Account or PayPal balance.
  • Your money will be returned within 3 days after the item arrives at our warehouse.


If the size or color of the item I received is incorrect or wrong, can I exchange it?

Yes, you can contact our Customer Service.


What if the ordered item I received is in a damaged condition? Can I exchange it?

Yes, you can contact our Customer Service to exchange as long as stock is available, or order money with the applicable Terms and Conditions.


I want to return the item. However, I don't have the same packaging as when sent. What should I do?

Returns can only be done if the label, barcode, original packaging and bag (if given) are in accordance with the original conditions when you get your product.
